Phyllis brings research, evaluation, and management experience, gained from her work with both the DC and Federal governments and the non-profit arts organization, the historic Lincoln Theatre, to her career in real estate.

Phyllis is currently a resident of the Town of Somerset in Montgomery County and is active in her community. She is currently the Chair of the Somerset Welcome Committee, a sponsor of the Somerset Elementary School Foundation, and has served as the Chair of the Board of Supervisors of Elections. She was the founding President of the Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School Educational Foundation and the chairperson of Somerset Elementary School’s very successful used book sales.
